Australia appears in the brand's restricted-country list. That matters before you spend time preparing a deposit or entering a promo code. Gambling should stay within the rules that apply to you, and you should only use an account where access is permitted.
Check access before depositing
The terms list Australia among restricted countries. Confirm that you are eligible to use the service before making a deposit or trying to claim a promotion.
Deposit Bonus: what the main offer gives you
The headline Deposit Bonus is built around 50 wager-free spins on Gates of Olympus 1000 by Pragmatic Play. Each spin is worth $0.20, making the total stated value $10.00. You need a minimum deposit of $50, and the promotion uses the code SMPBONUS.
| Term | Details |
|---|---|
| Reward | 50 spins on Gates of Olympus 1000 |
| Spin value | $0.20 per spin |
| Total stated value | $10.00 |
| Minimum deposit | $50 |
| Wagering on winnings | 0× |
| Claim pool | 300 total claims across all players |
There is no wagering requirement on winnings from these spins. In practical terms, the resulting winnings can be withdrawn immediately and there is no cap on the withdrawal amount from this promotion. KYC Level 2 must be completed before the spins can be claimed.
The key calculation is simple
A $50 minimum deposit unlocks 50 spins at $0.20 each. You do not multiply the winnings by a separate wagering figure because the offer carries 0× wagering.
Welcome Bonus: how to claim the spins and rakeback boost
The Welcome Bonus combines the 50 spins with a 15% rakeback boost on all wagers for the first 7 days. The boost is for new players, carries no wagering requirement and must be switched on manually. The free spins themselves are also available to new and existing players through the stated promotion, subject to its claim conditions.
- Complete KYC Level 2
Have the required verification ready before trying to redeem the spins. This includes a government-issued ID or passport, proof of address and proof of payment method or source of funds.
- Make the qualifying deposit
Deposit at least $50 using an available payment method. The minimum deposit is stated in the promotion terms.
- Open the redemption area
Go to Wallet - Redeem and enter the promo code SMPBONUS.
- Activate the rakeback boost
After registration, look in Rewards Page - Special Rewards. Manually activate the 15% boost within 6 hours of it appearing.
- Use the spins
The 50 spins apply to Gates of Olympus 1000 at $0.20 per spin. Winnings from them have 0× wagering and can be withdrawn immediately, with no cap.
The six-hour activation window matters
The 15% rakeback boost does not switch on automatically. Activate it in Special Rewards within 6 hours of it appearing after registration, or the boost lapses.
No Deposit Bonus: Rain Rewards in live chat
Rain Rewards are free cash drops distributed in Gamdom's live chat. They do not require a deposit and carry no wagering requirement. Administrators decide when the drops happen, while the amount depends on administrator settings and the number of participants.
- Keep live chat open
You need to be actively present in the chat when a Rain Reward appears.
- Click claim
Select the claim option when the cash drop is available.
- Complete the captcha
Solve the captcha to receive the reward.
Rain Rewards are different from the deposit promotion: there is no code and no qualifying deposit. They are also separate from the free spins, so a live-chat cash drop should not be treated as an extra spin package.
Free Spins: where the 50-spin offer fits
The main free-spins promotion gives 50 spins on Gates of Olympus 1000, with each spin set at $0.20. The total stated value is $10.00, and the winnings have no wagering requirement or maximum withdrawal cap.
The spins are claimed with SMPBONUS after a minimum $50 deposit and KYC Level 2 verification. Gamdom also distributes free spins through social media channels and email, although the 50-spin offer described here is the one tied to the code and deposit terms.
- Game: Gates of Olympus 1000
- Provider: Pragmatic Play
- Number of spins: 50
- Value per spin: $0.20
- Total stated value: $10.00
- Wagering on winnings: 0×

Cashback: how Gamdom rakeback works
Gamdom calls its Cashback system rakeback. The percentage increases as you move through reward tiers, with rates of up to 15%. Rakeback is calculated per bet using the bet size, game RTP and house edge, so the amount depends on the wagers you place rather than being a fixed cash sum.
The platform offers Instant, Weekly and Monthly rakeback rewards through the Rewards page. Instant rakeback can be claimed once the minimum amount is reached and does not expire after it is unlocked. Weekly and Monthly rewards need to be claimed within their relevant timeframes.
| Reward | How it works |
|---|---|
| Instant | Claim when the minimum amount is reached; no expiry once unlocked |
| Weekly | Claim within the relevant weekly timeframe |
| Monthly | Claim within the relevant monthly timeframe |
| SMPBONUS boost | 15% on all wagers for the first 7 days, activated manually |
Bonus wagering pauses normal rakeback
Rakeback is not generated while you are completing wagering requirements from a deposit bonus. The SMPBONUS free-spin winnings themselves have 0× wagering.
Promo Code: using SMPBONUS correctly
SMPBONUS is the promo code for the 50 free spins and the 15% rakeback boost. Enter it in Wallet - Redeem, after meeting the $50 minimum deposit and KYC Level 2 requirement for the spin offer.
- Copy the code exactly: SMPBONUS.
- Make a deposit of at least $50.
- Complete KYC Level 2 before claiming the spins.
- Enter the code in Wallet - Redeem.
- Open Rewards Page - Special Rewards.
- Activate the 15% rakeback boost within 6 hours of it appearing.
- Use the 50 spins on Gates of Olympus 1000.
The claim pool is limited to 300 total redemptions across all players. The offer also has a distinction worth remembering: the free spins can be used by new and existing players under the stated conditions, while the 15% seven-day rakeback boost is for new players.
VIP Program and Loyalty Program: rewards beyond the welcome offer
The VIP Program is an invite-only option for high-activity players. It includes a personal VIP manager, tailored bonuses and instant VIP support. Higher tiers can also unlock a 25% rewards boost.
The wider Loyalty Program is called Royalty Ranks. It has 24 levels across eight tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond and Opal, with levels 1 to 3 in each tier.
- A Rank Up Bonus is awarded at each tier advancement.
- Instant, Weekly and Monthly rakeback rewards are available through the Rewards page.
- Rakeback percentage rises as you advance through the tiers.
- Instant rakeback has no expiry once unlocked.
- Weekly and Monthly rewards must be claimed within their respective periods.
- The 25% rewards boost becomes available at higher tiers.
There is also King of the Hill, where real-money wagers build leaderboard position. The points formula is Points = Wager × (Game Edge ÷ 0.035). Slots award 1 point per $1 wagered, while live casino, table games and Gamdom Originals use points based on game RTP.
Two $500,000 King of the Hill events run each month, for $1,000,000 in monthly prizes. The daily leaderboard is capped at $30,000, and prize credits are awarded instantly when each two-week event ends. Slots Arena adds a PvP format exclusive to Gamdom, while Birthday Rewards are linked to Gamdom's anniversary.
A sensible way to approach Gamdom bonuses
Bonuses are optional extras, not a reason to chase losses. Set a spending limit before depositing, keep track of the six-hour rakeback activation window and avoid staking more than you can comfortably afford to lose. Honestly, this is the part most people skip.
- Check that you are eligible to use the service before depositing.
- Confirm the $50 minimum deposit for SMPBONUS.
- Complete KYC Level 2 before claiming the free spins.
- Enter SMPBONUS in Wallet - Redeem.
- Activate the 15% boost in Special Rewards within 6 hours.
- Remember that the claim pool is limited to 300 total redemptions.
- Use self-exclusion through customer support if gambling stops feeling enjoyable.
